Continuous shuttles will run from two convenient locations to Sentinel High School (right next to the festival) from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with return service operating from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and continuing until all riders are returned after the event ends. Purchase your passes early - prices will increase as the event approaches.

🎟️ Shuttle Passes (Price Per Person)

  • 2-Day: $15
  • 1-Day: $10

One adult shuttle pass grants entry for one child aged 7 or under. All children aged 8 and older must have their own shuttle pass.

🚌 Shuttle Locations

1. University of Montana Park & Ride – Music Building
Park in any available campus lot. Shuttles will pick up and drop off from the Music Building.

2. Downtown Missoula – Elks Lodge Shuttle
Shuttles pick up in front of the Elks Lodge. If parking downtown, please use a parking garage and avoid blocking local businesses or retail spaces.

*Please note: there is no additional charge for parking on UM campus

Parking

Driving into town? We’ve secured multiple parking lots, all just a short walk from the Fairgrounds. To reduce traffic congestion and support our sustainability goals, please plan for at least 3 people per vehicle.

Important:

• Neighborhood parking is not permitted.
• Paid parking is limited and prices will increase as the event approaches.
• If parking sells out, you’ll need to shuttle, rideshare, bike, or walk to the festival.

Reserve your parking pass early to guarantee your spot and save money!

Chair Rentals

Personal chairs are prohibited from the festival grounds, but don't worry, there's no need to lug your own chair - conCHAIRto has you covered! Reserve a comfortable, festival-ready chair online, and it will be waiting for you just past the security checkpoint. Enjoy the convenience of designated seating areas at both the Trailhead Stage and Lookout Stage, ensuring you have a great view for every performance.

Key Features:

  • Easy Online Reservation: Secure your chair in advance for just $15 (when reserved more than 7 days before the event).
  • Hassle-Free Pickup: Your chair will be ready for you on-site - no need to carry it through security.
  • Comfortable Design: Lightweight chairs with cup holders and a 350 lbs. weight capacity.
  • Simple Return: When the music ends, drop off your chair at any conCHAIRto booth or designated drop zone.

*A limited amount of free chairs will be available inside a designated area within both VIP spaces, first-come, first served.

Locker Rentals

Stay hands-free and hassle-free with a personal locker for the day or weekend. Each locker comes with unlimited access and a charging port so you can keep your phone juiced and your valuables secure. Perfect for merch, layers, or anything else you don’t want to carry around.

Rideshare

Getting Dropped Off? Perfect! Our Rideshare & Pick-Up/Drop-Off Zone is conveniently located in the parking lot of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Please follow signage and staff instructions for a smooth arrival and departure.

Bike Parking

Pedal Your Way to the Party! Missoula is incredibly bike-friendly, with scenic trails and bike lanes leading right to the Fairgrounds. A limited amount of lockable and standard event bike racks will be available off of South Ave. in front of Sentinel High School. In addition to this location there are areas to lock bikes surrounding the festival site, just please be mindful where you lock and park your bike.

🚲 Bike parking is self-serve, first come, first served, and unmonitored. The festival is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property, so please bring a secure lock.

Walk

We're just 1.8 miles from downtown, with great stops along the way - grab a bite in Midtown, shop along Higgins, or enjoy the many lovely neighborhoods that you'll pass through.
